Barry Montgomery

Barry Montgomery runs the day-to-day operations at SERVPRO of Dothan, bringing over 30 years of experience with SERVPRO. He originally founded SERVPRO of Dothan in 2005, later selling the business in 2012, but has since returned to continue his commitment to excellence in restoration. Barry holds multiple IICRC certifications and is a licensed HVAC contractor. Over the years, he has managed thousands of losses of all sizes and played a key role in launching and growing several SERVPRO franchises.

Barry takes pride in training and leading a skilled team, knowing that people are the heart of the company’s success. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two children, hunting, fishing, and doing taxidermy. His passion for the outdoors and dedication to helping others are at the core of both his professional and personal life.

Susan Acreman

Susan Acreman has been a dedicated Fire Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Dothan since 2008. With going on 17 years of experience, she finds fulfillment in helping people during difficult times. She holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, and Crew Training. Susan values the supportive team at SERVPRO and is inspired by the kindness of her colleagues.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and her beloved pets, who keep life full of love and laughter.

Johnathan Mills

As a Project Manager, Johnathan thrives on helping others. He understands the importance of support and problem-solving, which is why he finds great fulfillment in guiding clients through challenging times and restoring their peace of mind. When he’s not at work, you can find him with his 3 sons or enjoying a game of hockey.

Hayley Haser

As Marketing Director, Hayley is passionate about guiding customers through every step of their journey, from devastation to restoration. Originally from Florida and a proud mom to a young baby girl, she thrives on providing support and reassurance, making sure clients feel as though their lives were never disrupted.

Jared Thogersen

As a Project Manager, Jared is dedicated to ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys watching the Green Bay Packers, working in the yard, and going on trail walks with his family, making the most of his time outdoors.

Michael Sims

As a Project Manager at SERVPRO, Michael truly enjoys helping people get their homes back to normal after a disaster. Outside of work, you’ll find him hitting the golf course, hunting, or fishing, making the most of the outdoors.

Tina House

As our Production Manager, Tina keeps our crews running smoothly and ensures every job is handled with care. When she’s not keeping things in order at SERVPRO, she’s surrounded by her beloved animals—including dogs, cats, birds, chickens and even a pig! Most of all, she loves spending time with her grandchildren, making memories that mean the world to her.
