SERVPRO was very easy to work with and did a fantastic job! The house they cleaned smelled so much better when they were finished and the air was clearly more clean! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone who is considering HVAC clean outs.

As an insurance agent/CSR I have used SERVPRO multiple times for my clients.  We have never had any issues with this company.  When there is a set back in the process for whatever reason we are notified immediately.  They always keep us and our insured in the loop.  This company knows what customer service is all about and I will always refer my customers to them for that reason.

SERVPRO in Dothan cleans the carpet in the our school systems.  The crew has always been professional and on time, which is a big thing for me. This is a great company and we will continue to use them.

When Hurricane Michael hit last year we had quite a bit of damage to our home. The the kitchen was flooded from a tree falling on the house and busting a pipe on the second floor.  SERVPRO came out quicker than I expected with all of the storm damage. They cleaned up all of the water and salvaged what they could in our home.  The employees were professional but very sympathetic and considerate of what was going on. They constantly asked me and my husband if we were ok and if we needed anything. That meant the world to us.  They made the process so much easier and dealt with my insurance company for me.  They went the extra mile when they didn't have to.  I highly recommend this company!!

SERVPRO of Dothan were recommended by my insurance company. They came out to clean and clear a building in the backyard that a tree had fallen through the roof. Their people came out on some of the coldest days in January and cleaned, washed, and packed Christmas ornaments and other decorations for 4 days. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very caring about items they were cleaning and packing. I would definitely use this company again.

SERVPRO came into my medical facility with a  large team that was ready to work. They had my business back open in less then 24 hours.
